SCG系列耐高溫水平振動(dòng)輸送機(jī)

    SCG系列長距離振動(dòng)輸送機(jī)采用兩臺(tái)振動(dòng)電機(jī)作為激振源，運(yùn)用自同步原理，兩臺(tái)振動(dòng)電機(jī)反向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，使輸送機(jī)底部平衡架產(chǎn)生往復(fù)振動(dòng)，經(jīng)過主振簧與導(dǎo)向板簧的作用，帶動(dòng)上部輸送槽振動(dòng)，從而達(dá)到輸送物料的目的。  
Working principles
   SCG long vibration conveyor series adopts two vibration motor as vibration source, using the principle of self synchronous, two vibration motor reverse rotation, reciprocating vibration of the balance of the bottom of the conveyor frame after the reed and the role of the guide plate spring, drives the upper conveying groove vibration, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying material.

    SCG型長距離振動(dòng)輸送機(jī)有敞開式、封閉式兩種，料槽橫截面可以做成圓形、矩形和梯形等多種型式。料槽的進(jìn)料和出料也可根據(jù)需要制成一點(diǎn)進(jìn)料、一點(diǎn)出料，一點(diǎn)進(jìn)料、多點(diǎn)出料，多點(diǎn)進(jìn)料、一點(diǎn)出料等多種型式。輸送距離較長時(shí)可用多臺(tái)輸送機(jī)連接起來輸送。SCG型長距離振動(dòng)輸送機(jī)料槽使用橡膠彈簧或鋼簧支承，依靠固定在料槽上的兩臺(tái)振動(dòng)電機(jī)的自同步運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，使料槽產(chǎn)生直線振動(dòng)。

    SCG型長距離高溫物料振動(dòng)輸送機(jī)廣泛適用于建材、治金、化工、采煤采礦、機(jī)械制造、煤炭、煙草、糧食、醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)。主要用于粉狀、粒狀、塊狀及其混合品等物料的輸送。例如：水泥行業(yè)的原料、中間半成品及成品的輸送，化工行業(yè)固體原料、半成品的輸送,采掘行業(yè)礦石、精礦與尾礦的輸送等作業(yè)上。
Applications

1.基本要求：
    (1)振動(dòng)輸送機(jī)的底架與槽體必須安裝平直，建議其平直度在10米長度不大于5-8毫米，底架與槽體過大的撓曲會(huì)引起較大的安裝應(yīng)力，進(jìn)而會(huì)引起這些機(jī)件的早期損壞。
    (2)為了達(dá)到以上要求，隔振彈簧的下表面應(yīng)該具有接近相同的標(biāo)高，其允差不應(yīng)大于5-8毫米。
    (3)振動(dòng)輸送機(jī)的導(dǎo)向桿的安裝角度應(yīng)接近相同，剪切彈簧應(yīng)與導(dǎo)向桿相垂直，其安裝角度對其安裝公稱位置的允差為+-1。 
    (4)傳動(dòng)軸與槽體中心線垂直，兩傳動(dòng)連桿應(yīng)互相平行，不得有過大的歪斜，安裝角度允差為+-1 ，傳動(dòng)軸安裝后轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)應(yīng)靈活，用手能搬動(dòng)360°以上。
    (5)振動(dòng)輸送機(jī)所有螺釘應(yīng)鎖緊，一般應(yīng)加彈簧墊圈，也可采用雙螺母來鎖緊。否則，螺栓很快松動(dòng)，影響機(jī)器正常工作。
2.振動(dòng)輸送機(jī)的安裝順序：

    (1)測定各隔振彈簧支撐點(diǎn)的標(biāo)高，或在附近墻壁劃上水平線。 
    (2)將底架墊起找平。 
    (3)將槽體支撐在底架上，并找平。 
    (4)在底架下面安裝隔振彈簧及彈簧下座板。
    (5)將導(dǎo)向桿與剪切橡膠彈簧焊接于或用螺釘固定于槽體和底架上。
    (6)安裝傳動(dòng)軸組件和電動(dòng)機(jī)，焊接激振板。 
    (7)將機(jī)器落下，焊接給料口和排料口，安裝密封套，固定好兩端蓋板。
Installation
1.Basic requirements:

(3) vibration conveyor installation Angle should be nearly the same, shear spring should be vertical, with the guide bar its installation Angle of the nominal position of the tolerance of + - 1. 
(4) the vertical shaft and the center line of the tub, two connecting rod should be parallel to each other, can not have too big askew, installation Angle tolerance of + - 1, drive shaft rotation after installation should be flexible, with the hand can carry more than 360 °.
(5)All the screws vibration conveyor should lock, generally should add spring washer, also can use double nut for locking.Otherwise, bolt looseness soon, affect the machine to work properly.
2. Vibration conveyor installation order:
 (1)Determine the support for vibration isolation spring, elevation, or in the near wall horizontal line. 
(2) the chassis underlay leveling. 
(3) the tub support on the chassis, and leveling. 
(4) under the chassis to install under the vibration isolation spring and spring plate.
(5) the guide rod and shear rubber spring welding on or in the tub with screws and chassis.
(6) installation and motor shaft components, welding vibration plate. 
(7) machine, welding feeding and discharging mouth mouth, seal set of installation, fixed on both ends of the cover plate.

    SCG系列長距離振動(dòng)輸送機(jī)檢修的種類和內(nèi)容；應(yīng)分周檢，月檢，半年檢，年檢等幾種，具體情況如下:
    (1)周檢：每周應(yīng)檢查連桿彈簧壓緊螺母有無松動(dòng)，壓縮量是否適當(dāng)，皮帶有無緊張，配重塊緊固如何，密封套有無破裂，漏灰等。 
    (2)月檢：檢查三角皮帶有無損壞，剪切彈簧。隔振簧有無破裂，焊接處有無裂紋，傳動(dòng)軸有無足夠的潤滑油。 
    (3)半年檢：仔細(xì)檢查各部位焊縫，打開傳軸，軸承蓋，檢查軸承的工作工作情況與磨損情況，檢查橡膠彈簧有無老化和裂紋。 
    (4)年檢：每年對傳動(dòng)部位進(jìn)行一次檢修，并更換損壞彈簧，檢查槽體及料口磨損情況，必要時(shí)可進(jìn)行局部更換或檢修。
Notices for Maintenance
SCG series the kind and content of the long and vibration conveyor maintenance;Should be weekly, monthly, half yearly check, yearly check to wait for a few kinds, details are as follows:
Weekly inspection: (1) week should check whether there is any looseness on connecting rod spring compression nut, the amount of compression is appropriate, with or without belt tension counter weight fastening, gland presence of rupture, leakage ash, etc. 
(2) month check: check the v belt is damaged, the shear spring.Vibration isolation spring have burst, welding crack, the drive shaft have enough oil. 
(3) half yearly check: check the position of weld, open the transmission shaft, bearing cover, check the bearing working performance and wear, look for aging and cracking of rubber spring. 
(4) yearly check: each year to a maintenance of transmission parts, and replace damaged spring, check the tub and abrasion of mouth, when necessary for partial replacement or repair.

訂貨注意事項(xiàng)：
    1.耐高溫輸送機(jī)不宜輸送高粘度、高水分含量的物料及易燃、易爆物品； 
    2.若輸送粉狀物料或以粉狀為主的混合物料時(shí),產(chǎn)量將下降,下降幅度參考換算公式； 
    3.訂貨時(shí)需說明以下事項(xiàng):a.物料種類及堆比重；b.物料粒度及含水量；c.輸送產(chǎn)量；d.輸送長度；e.若需中間進(jìn)、卸料、則要注名進(jìn)、卸料之間的距離,附簡圖；f.應(yīng)注明設(shè)備的使用場所(如庫頂、庫底或立窯下等)。

3. When placing order, indicate the following: a. material type and bulk density;B. material particle size and water content;C. conveying production;D. conveying length;E. if need middle inlet and discharge, to note the distance between the inlet and discharge, enclosed diagram;Place of f. should indicate the use of the equipment (such as library top, bottom, or the lower jet).
